Tekcapital, an intellectual property investment group, successfully delivered an advanced technology commercialization and university start-up 5-day training program in Santiago (Chile), in collaboration with the HUB APTA and the Chilean Biotechnology Association.
The program consisted of training services focused on creating an effective and productive TTO and the key skills for start-up formation. Besides that, it included the Tekcapital commercialization tools such as the Invention Evaluator and Tekcapital IP search app.
The training was sponsored by the Chilean government institution ‘CORFO’, an agency that places its focus on developing the ecosystem for innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness. The one-week long training program resulted in approximately 35 executives from 13 Chilean research universities TTO’s and 2 research institutions.
